IRS Móvil is an app developed by IRS VIAL, which will help you before, during and after having a traffic accident, regardless of whether it is a simple crash, with injuries and/or deaths.
After reporting your accident you will have a Legal Technical Concept - CTJ that will be your ally for conciliation with the people involved or in higher instances (civil, criminal and/or administrative lawsuit).Before the accident, you will be able to carry all your documents and your vehicle(s) in the virtual wallet, so you dont have to worry when you need them.
Likewise, you will be informed and up to date with the latest mobility news in the country.During the accident you must remain calm and apply what we teach you in the different instructions for action, so that you can collect the greatest amount of information that will be useful when analyzing the facts.Finally, after the accident you must report everything that happened within the IRS Mobile App and you will receive a Legal Technical Concept - CTJ that will serve as a guide to know how to act, you will know what was the most probable cause for the occurrence of the accident and it will be your ally in any conciliation process or higher instances (civil, criminal and/or administrative lawsuit).
